1. Products & Availability

Products, variants and sizes are subject to availability. Product information and pricing may be updated when required.

2. Website Discount

PetHouz provides a 15% website discount for purchases made through this website. This website-only discount does not apply to purchases made directly at a PetHouz physical store.

3. Orders & Minimum Value

The minimum order value for website delivery orders is ₹1,000. Orders below this value cannot be placed. PetHouz may contact the customer if order or delivery details require clarification.

4. Delivery Area & Charges

Delivery is available only in Chandigarh and Mohali. Orders for any other city or area are not accepted for delivery. Eligible orders receive FREE delivery.

5. Delivery Time

Orders are normally delivered within 24 hours through our personal delivery partner. Unforeseen traffic, weather or operational conditions may occasionally affect timing.

6. Payments

Customers may pay online through Razorpay or, where Pay on Delivery is selected, pay by Cash or UPI at delivery. An online order is treated as paid only after payment is verified by our server.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns are not collected online or from the delivery address. To return or exchange an eligible product, the customer must visit/reach a PetHouz physical store directly with the product and purchase details. Eligibility is subject to the Return & Refund Policy.

8. Customer Responsibility

Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery information and select the correct product, variant and size before ordering.
